By using PitchSmart, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Service Description

PitchSmart is an email campaign management platform. We provide tools to create and send email campaigns using your own email accounts.

Your Responsibilities

• You must be 13 or older to use this service
• You're responsible for your account security
• You must comply with email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Don't send spam or illegal content
• Don't abuse or overload the service

Email Compliance

When sending campaigns, you must:

• Only email people who've opted in
• Include an unsubscribe link
• Use accurate "From" information
• Follow applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws. You can delete your account anytime.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

Limitation of Liability

PitchSmart is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Your use of third-party services (Gmail, Smartlead, etc.) is subject to their terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
